Every property has a rhythm. Our films combine polished camera movement, thoughtful coverage, and music-driven editing to match the property and its audience.
Our main listing film brings together interiors, exteriors, and aerial coverage where appropriate. The normal price covers one film under two minutes, with horizontal or vertical orientation chosen before the shoot, plus branded and unbranded versions of that edit. A shorter requested runtime does not cost extra or reduce the production price.
A short second edit for mobile and social media, made from the footage already captured for your main film. One additional vertical highlight edit is $149. If vertical is your main format, choose it before the shoot at the normal film price. Separately filmed coverage for both formats is scoped in advance.
For listings where the land, setting, and outdoor features carry the story. Coverage can include low-level property movement, aerial context, access, outbuildings, and key landscape features. Boundary and contour graphics can help explain a parcel; their scope is agreed before production. Drone-only land video starts at $249 through 10 acres, with additional acreage charges through 50 acres and a custom quote above that size.
A land film can emphasize scale, slope, access, and surrounding context rather than simply showing a high aerial view. This example shows a more graphic-led approach. We agree on the needed graphics and coverage before the shoot; illustrative boundaries are not a survey.
Ranches, estates, retreats, and unusual listings sometimes need a fuller story: scripting, narration, lifestyle details, or extended coverage. Long-form films of three minutes or more are custom quoted. We also confirm the scope of projects that need a runtime between the standard film and a long-form production.

A short on-camera agent intro is $99. Agent narration with an agent-supplied script is $50. Scripted AI narration is $99 and includes writing from the property description and our on-site observations, voice production, and integration into the film. Longer scripted appearances or interviews are quoted separately.
Our usual music direction is calm, uplifting folk with a cinematic build. Please request a different style before editing begins. Standard video delivery is generally 2–3 calendar days. One consolidated round of minor changes is included, and we correct our own errors at no charge. Late music changes, additional creative rounds, and new footage are quoted before work begins because they can require a substantial re-edit.
