Post-Shoot Guide
This guide outlines the post-shoot process, from the moment we cap our lenses to the time you receive your professionally edited media.
Turnaround Time
Photos are usually delivered the next business day, excluding Sundays. Timing may vary with project scope, editing requirements, weather, and other factors; we will confirm any changes. Other non-video media generally arrives within 48 hours, excluding Sundays. Standard video is delivered within 2–3 calendar days after the shoot, including Sundays. Custom projects have an individually agreed delivery date. Need your media sooner? Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability, the deliverables covered, and the delivery deadline.
Media Delivery
Once your media is ready, you will receive an email containing a link to a custom webpage. This page will showcase all of your media including photos, videos, virtual tours, and embed links, available for download in multiple resolutions.
Payment Options
Online: You can make a payment online before the shoot. At the Shoot: We accept cash, check, or card at the time of the shoot. After Viewing Media: You can also opt to make the payment after reviewing your media on the custom webpage.
Revisions
While we strive to deliver perfection the first time, we understand the importance of details in real estate photography. If any adjustments or revisions are needed, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your media. The first round of minor revisions is free of charge.
