Post-Shoot Guide

As your shoot wraps up, you may be wondering, "What happens next?" This guide outlines the post-shoot process, providing you with all the information you'll need from the moment we cap our lenses to the time you receive your stunning, professionally edited media.

All of your photos, videos, virtual tours, and additional media will be edited and delivered within 48 business hours from the end of the shoot. Please note that our 48-hour turnaround does not include Sundays. Expedited delivery may be available upon request.

Once your media is ready, you will receive an email containing a link to a custom webpage. This page will showcase all of your media including photos, videos, virtual tours, and embed links, available for download in multiple resolutions.

• Online: You can make a payment online before the shoot.
• At the Shoot: We accept cash, check, or card at the time of the shoot.
• After Viewing Media: You can also opt to make the payment after reviewing your media on the custom webpage.

While we strive to deliver perfection the first time, we understand the importance of details in real estate photography. If any adjustments or revisions are needed, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your media. The first round of minor revisions is free of charge.
