To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, Novion Media, LLC requires at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $200 cancellation fee to cover preparation costs, travel expenses, and missed business opportunities.
