A basic schematic floor plan is $99 and is included with Matterport. A color upgrade is an additional $25, and a 3D upgrade is an additional $75. These are upgrades to the basic plan rather than separate replacements for it.
Our capture and floor-plan workflow depends on the project and may include tools such as CubiCasa or Matterport. Plans and measurements are for marketing reference; they are not architectural construction drawings, surveys, or a substitute for independent measurement.
