Onalaska, Washington · Development visualization
From land
to a vision.
A vacant site. A proposed RV park and mobile-home village. A visual story that makes the idea easier to understand.
Drone photography & film · Concept design · 3D visualization
The project
Show the idea in its real setting.
Created for a city development-review presentation, this project began with on-site drone photography and video. We developed the concept design, built 3D visualizations, and combined the proposed layout with the captured landscape for still images and film.
It brings together Novion Media’s location capture and Studio Novion’s design and visualization work—a custom approach for a project that needs more than a standard listing gallery.
The concept in motion.
See the proposed development through a film combining the real location with visualization.

Renderings illustrate a proposed concept, rather than completed construction or an approved development. Layout, landscaping and buildings shown are illustrative.
